This is a multi-disciplinary strategic area cutting across the whole spectrum of management development. We develop and implement general and functional/specialist training programmes for managers in the civil service, parastatal organisations, local authorities and the private sector. We also undertake surveys of public service training needs and administer ZIPAM's management development research and consultancy programme.
