We adopted a sectorial approach in our programmes offering. This approach ensures that we cover the entire economy by assigning our consultants to central government, private sector, parastatals, state enterprises and Local Government. Programmes are developed in line with identified key strategic learning areas although these programmes are integrated in the Management Development Programme (MDP) in which all consultants pull their competences to train the civil service for an MDP Certificate.
