Since 2006, the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Administration and Management has been offering postgraduate and undergraduate degree programmes in affiliation with the National University of Science and Technology and the Chinhoyi University of Technology. The move was in response to the growing need for academic qualifications to augment the strengths of short-term management development courses that remain the main stay of ZIPAM. Affiliation of ZIPAM with top-rated universities has increased the Institution's presence across the country to promote value-driven management and leadership in the public and privates sectors.
