The Management Development Programme
The Management Development Programme (MDP) was established, with the concurrence of the Public Service Commission, for middle and senior managers in the civil service in order to enable them to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. The MDP is structured as follows:

Management Development Programme 1

for managers at the levels of Deputy Director who lead/manage people/teams. Participants will generally have been in a management role for around a year or more.

Management Development Programme 2

for senior managers, at the levels of Director and above, who have (or are soon to have) significant management responsibilities

Executive Development Programme
-
for Executive Management comprising of Commissioners, Chief Executive Officers, Permanent Secretaries, Principal Directors and above, who are responsible for the strategic direction setting for the organisation

Women In Management
-
the objective is to provide regular learning opportunities to women managers in both the Public and Private Sectors.
